Job description

Location: Georgia
About the Role
This is more than a traditional BCBA position.
As one of the first BCBAs supporting the growth of our Georgia Autism Services program, you'll have the unique opportunity to help shape and build services from the ground up. Rather than stepping into an established program with pre-set processes and expectations, you'll work directly alongside other BCBAs within clinical and organizational leadership to develop a high-quality ABA program that reflects clinical excellence, innovation, and family-centered care that highlights client autonomy and assent.
We are looking for a BCBA who is excited to be a partner in growth, contribute ideas, develop community relationships, and help establish a meaningful presence in the communities we serve.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on assessment results.
Provide clinical oversight and supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs).
Deliver caregiver training.
Review behavioral data and adjust interventions to maximize client progress.
Conduct treatment plan reviews, reassessments, and progress evaluations.
Coordinate care with families, schools, medical providers, and other community stakeholders.
Maintain documentation in accordance with company policies, payer requirements, and professional standards.
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical and supervisory requirements.
Meet established clinical productivity expectations.
Program Development & Startup Responsibilities
During the credentialing and startup phase, and as needed thereafter, the BCBA will:
Assist in establishing and growing ABA services within the assigned Georgia market.
Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including physicians, schools, therapists, community agencies, and advocacy organizations.
Represent Clarvida at community events, resource fairs, networking opportunities, and professional meetings.
Educate referral partners, families, and community stakeholders regarding available autism and ABA services.
Assist with intake coordination activities and support prospective families through the admissions process.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts for BTs, RBTs, and future BCBAs.
Assist in identifying service gaps and opportunities for program growth within the community.
Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to establish local workflows and processes.
Support scheduling and staffing coordination to ensure service readiness.
Maintain referral tracking and community outreach activities.
Assist with authorization tracking, service initiation processes, and program readiness activities as needed.
Serve as a local ambassador for Clarvida's Autism Services program.
