We specialize in working with young autistic children using a neurodiversity-affirming, Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) approach. About the Role
As a Part-Time BCBA at ANNA, you’ll play a key role in running social groups with autistic children ages 6-10 years old. These social groups are center-based and are held during after-school hours. You’ll develop and implement neuro-affirming social group client programming, including corresponding individual and group parent training programming.

Available M/W and/or T/Th, 4:45 PM – 6:45 PM (approx. 4–8 hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Social Groups: Lead social skills groups (i. e., social groups) for young autistic children with a neurodiversity-affirming, naturalistic approach, including contributing to the design of group activities and programming.
Assessment: Conduct assessments to identify client strengths and areas for growth.
Develop & Implement Client Intervention Plans: Create individualized interventions using NDBI principles.
Supervision: Provide real-time coaching and oversight to BTs (behavior therapist) during social group sessions (held in the evenings).
Parent Training: Conduct individual parent training based on individualized client and family goals; conduct group parent training sessions on neurodiversity-related topics.
Data Analysis: Review session data and make data-driven decisions.
Collaboration: Communicate regularly with families and clinical team members.
Stay Current: Maintain knowledge of best practices for young children with autism.
Qualifications
BCBA Certification and LABA credential (Required)
Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care (Required)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA
Experience working with autistic children in the early school age period (ages 6-10).
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
NDBI experience preferred (e. g., SCERTS, ESDM, PRT, JASPER).
Compensation:
This is a contractor position with an hourly rate of $80
