The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and provide consultative services across home and community settings. They are also responsible for supervising RBTs and providing parent training to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in ABA or a related field and be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). A minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is required.
