Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Independent Contractor (1099)
Augusta, GA | Flexible Schedule
Join a growing, BCBA-led ABA program built on clinical excellence, meaningful outcomes, and strong support. Clarvida is seeking a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA services to children and families in the Augusta area.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative team where clinical decision-making is driven by BCBAs, supported by evidence-based practices, and focused on delivering exceptional care. You'll work alongside experienced ABA leaders, receive administrative support, and have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while making a lasting impact on the lives of children and families.
What You'll Do
Conduct behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs and Behavior Technicians.
Analyze data and make treatment recommendations based on client progress.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and community partners.
Deliver caregiver training and support meaningful skill development.
Ensure services are delivered ethically, effectively, and in accordance with BACB standards.
Qualifications
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current BCBA certification in good standing.
Georgia licensure or eligibility to practice behavior analysis in Georgia.
Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality ABA services.
