Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement customized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs to meet the unique needs of each child. Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to Behavior Technicians while ensuring high-quality, data-driven care.
Requirements
Must hold a valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Requires proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs and the ability to train and manage entry-level staff.
