Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and support recovery under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership. Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while responding to patient needs with a focus on safety.
Requirements
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and six months of experience with a similar patient population is preferred. Candidates must hold or obtain CPR, de-escalation, and restraint certifications.
