Key Responsibilities
Provide direct, hands-on patient care while maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Support patient recovery by addressing needs promptly and working collaboratively with clinical and nursing leadership.
Requirements
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and six months of experience with a similar patient population. Must hold or obtain CPR, de-escalation, and restraint certifications.
