Role Overview

As a Spv-Physician Office, you will lead and support a team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice site, fostering staff development, and maintaining compliance with organizational standards. You will directly supervise staff, participate in multidisciplinary initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of the department.

What You Will Do

Supervise the orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring of staff to ensure their professional growth and effectiveness.

  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and committees to address issues and implement new services.
  • Ensure staff compliance with departmental and organizational policies, procedures, and protocols.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1 year of experience in a medical office required.

Preferred Qualifications

MA experience preferred.
