Join ADAPT, INC. as a Older Adult Behavioral Health Specialist – M-F Schedule in Roseburg, OR, US. Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for a qualified Older Adult Behavioral Health Specialist to join their team! Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

This position offers weekends off. Work with ADAPT, INC. in Roseburg, OR, US.

Key Responsibilities

The specialist provides interagency coordination between behavioral health and primary care while managing complex cases for older adults. They also lead community health initiatives, facilitate multidisciplinary meetings, and develop partnerships to improve social and civic engagement for the target population.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field and be eligible for QMHA registration. A valid driver's license and the ability to work in a public health emergency response capacity are also required.
