Key Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Specialist will coordinate care with primary providers and psychiatric consultants to support patients with behavioral health concerns. They will perform screenings, deliver evidence-based interventions, and monitor patient progress and medication adherence.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. A valid Michigan clinical licensure such as LMSW, LPC, or LMFT is required.
