Job description
Join Rite of Passage as a Behavioral Health Specialist (MHRS) – Youth Residential, M-F Days in Torrance, CA, USA.
Benefits & Compensation
- Pay rate: $23/hr.
- Medical insurance (after 60 days)
- 403b match up to 6% (after 1 year)
- Paid Time Off (accrues immediately)
- Full benefits package after 90 days
Work Schedule
- Full-Time position.

Key Responsibilities
Provide mental health rehabilitation and support services to residents to facilitate their stability and transition back into the community. Coordinate care and treatment plans with social workers, probation officers, and other mental health professionals.
Requirements
Candidates must possess an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree with relevant experience working with youth in a mental health setting. Applicants are also required to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and hold a valid driver's license.
