About the Position
- Provide evidenced based therapeutic assessments and interventions in a Skilled Nursing Setting to both post-acute, and long-term care patients
- PRN applicants
- Schedule is flexible; department is open from 6am-8pm, 7 days/week
- Collaborate and work in a team setting with other excellent clinicians and restorative nursing staff

The role involves providing evidence-based therapeutic assessments and interventions for both post-acute and long-term care patients within a Skilled Nursing Setting. Applicants are expected to work on a PRN basis with a flexible schedule available between 6 am and 8 pm, seven days a week.
