Are you a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist Assistant looking for competitive pay, a consistent weekday schedule, and a supportive team?

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Wilson is seeking a patient-focused PTA to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. Help patients improve mobility, restore function, and return to the activities they love while growing your clinical skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and prescribed treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the supervising PT
• Educate patients on home exercises and injury prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Collaborate with the clinical team to achieve positive patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Physical Therapist Assistant license
• Associate degree from an accredited PTA program
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to quality patient care
• Outpatient experience is a plus
