Key Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist administers skilled therapy services to patients in their homes according to physician orders and agency policies. They are responsible for evaluating patient function, developing care plans, supervising assistants, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a valid physical therapy license and have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program. Two years of experience is preferred, along with the ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain current CPR certification.
