Requirements
- QUALIFICATIONS Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in Social Work or a clinical related mental health field.
- Outpatient experience highly preferred.
- License: Must possess license in the State of WI as a LPC, LPC-I, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW Additional Requirements: CPR certification and CPI (management of aggressive behavior training).
