Per Diem Milieu Counselor (Evenings, Overnights, Weekends)

Key Responsibilities

Provides primary support for residential clients, including socialization, transportation, and assistance with daily living activities. Responsible for maintaining clinical documentation, enforcing behavioral plans, and performing shift opening and closing tasks.

Requirements

Requires 1-3 years of experience working with individuals with severe mental illness and the ability to build supportive relationships. A valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office are mandatory, with a bachelor's degree preferred.
