Provide social work services to children ages 0-3 in home and community settings as part of an interdisciplinary team. Develop and implement strategies aligned with IFSP goals while maintaining compliance with NYC EI program standards.
Requires a current LMSW or LCSW license issued by the New York State Education Department and a Master's degree in Social Work. Experience working with children under 5 and families is strongly preferred, along with access to reliable transportation.
