Key Responsibilities
The social worker will provide direct clinical services and family support to children aged 0-3 with developmental delays in home and community settings. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement IFSP goals while maintaining accurate documentation.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a current LMSW or LCSW license issued by the New York State Education Department and possess a Master's degree in Social Work. Experience working with young children and families, along with the ability to travel to various locations, is strongly preferred.
