Join BAYADA Home Health Care as a Hospice RN Case Manager – No Weekends, No Call in Jersey City, New Jersey, United States. BAYADA Hospice is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Full Time Registered Nurses (RN) to join our team in the Hospice office, located in North Bergen. This office services hospice clients on a per visit basis in the Hudson and Bergen.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey and have at least one year of recent clinical experience. Prior experience in home care or hospice is strongly preferred, along with proficiency in electronic medical records.
