Family Tree Rehabilitation, part of The Campus of Anna Maria, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to support our therapy team as needed. Situated on a beautiful wooded campus in Ohio, we are a family-owned and operated skilled nursing facility dedicated to providing high-quality, resident-centered rehabilitation services in a collaborative and supportive environment. Position Summary The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating residents, developing and implementing individualized physical therapy plans of care, and helping residents improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall functional independence.
