Key Responsibilities

Provide home-based physical therapy to patients to help them regain mobility, strength, and functionality. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary home health team to observe progress, document care, and educate patients and families on treatment goals.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program with an active Florida license. Requires at least one year of physical therapy experience and current CPR certification.
