Key Responsibilities
Provide physical therapy services in post-acute and inpatient settings by conducting evaluations and developing customized treatment plans. Collaborate with care teams to perform therapeutic interventions and educate patients, families, and staff on safety and mobility.
Requirements
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold an active PT license in Wisconsin. A minimum of one year of clinical experience and current CPR certification are required.
