Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist performs initial and ongoing patient assessments to establish and implement individualized physical treatment programs. They also direct and supervise support personnel while ensuring high-quality patient care within the inpatient rehabilitation setting.
Requirements
Applicants must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio and possess strong critical thinking and judgment skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
