Qualifications and Requirements

* Current Physical Therapist license in the state in which you are applying
* 1 year of physical therapist experience is preferred - home health and OASIS
experience preferred
* Ability to perform tasks involving physical activity, which may include heavy
lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing
* Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable
transportation
* Ability to successfully complete a background check
