- Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

- Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) State of Work Location: Missouri Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP)
