Job Description
Position Summary
Provides anesthesiology care commensurate with education, licensure, certification and within limits of experience and expertise in collaboration with and under the supervision of a medically supervising anesthesiologist. Performs all duties in a manner which promotes a team concept and reflects our values of Compassion, Collaboration, Excellence and Integrity.

Experience a broad and engaging case mix including general surgery, neurosurgery/spine, vascular, robotics, ENT, GI, OB/GYN, ophthalmology, urology, orthopedics, and NORA procedures, with no trauma or cardiac
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of a prescribed curriculum from an accredited school of anesthesia by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA)
- Master’s degree in Nursing or Anesthesiology
- Minimum of two years’ experience as CRNA
- Holds current license in good standing to practice as a CRNA in the state of Oregon
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider ACLS required upon hire
- Active staff membership in good standing with the medical staff of the hospital with all privileges and responsibilities accorded such membership
- Bilingual skills a plus
Job Specifications
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
Administer and manage anesthetics, medications, fluids, blood products, and patient monitoring throughout the perioperative process.
Manage all phases of anesthesia care, including induction, maintenance, emergence, and post-anesthesia handoff.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists and the care team to monitor patient status, communicate significant changes, and adjust care plans as needed.

Requirements
Requires a Master’s degree in Nursing or Anesthesiology and successful completion of an accredited anesthesia curriculum. Candidates must have at least two years of CRNA experience and hold a current, valid license to practice in Oregon.
