Job Description
Position Summary
The Lab/X-Ray Technician performs laboratory procedures under the supervision of and as ordered by the physician. The Lab/X-Ray Technician is also cross trained in x-ray techniques and the running of EKGs.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Phlebotomist and/or CMA certification from an approved training program, required
- BLS/CPR certification, preferred
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Key Responsibilities
The technician performs laboratory procedures and x-ray techniques under the supervision of a physician. They are also responsible for conducting EKG tests as ordered.
Requirements
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a Phlebotomist or CMA certification. BLS/CPR certification is preferred for this role.
