Key Responsibilities

The BCBA will focus on clinical quality, supervision, and programming while collaborating with families to deliver effective ABA therapy. They are responsible for maintaining clinical standards and providing mentorship to RBTs within a center-based environment.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and relevant state licensure. Strong analytical, clinical decision-making, and communication skills are required to ensure high-quality, ethical service delivery.
