The Speech Language Pathologist will perform home visits to evaluate, diagnose, and treat adult and senior clients with speech, language, and swallowing difficulties. They will also develop and revise individualized care plans while educating patients and families on rehabilitative care.
Candidates must hold a current Speech Language Pathologist license in Arizona and possess a certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association. Proficiency in computer skills and experience with electronic medical records are preferred.
