Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Outpatient Adult Neuro

• Position: Speech Language Pathologist
• Location: 2225 W. Southern Ave., Suite A, Mesa, AZ 85202
• Incentives: $20,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/mth Student Loan Repayment
• Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (evenings until 6 pm)

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $78,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program

Responsibilities

Build Relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.

Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services

High Standard of Care: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs

Personalized Treatment: Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.

Qualifications

Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.

State SLP licensure required

ASHA Certification Is Required

300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
