Join WESTCHESTER JEWISH COMMUNITY SERVICES as a Social Worker - Mobile Mental Health in Yonkers, New York. Westchester Jewish Community Services (WJCS) is an award-winning, nonprofit, nonsectarian human services organization founded in 1943. Today, it is the largest provider of licensed outpatient community behavioral health services and one of the largest human service agencies in Westchester County.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing clinical and case management services in community-based settings, including homes, schools, and other off-site locations.
- Developing, implementing, and updating individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families.
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation and required agency reports (e. g., clinician schedules, progress notes, treatment plans).
- Monitoring treatment goals and updating treatment plans on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work or related clinical field.
- Eligible for or in possession of NYS licensure (LMSW/LCSW/LMHC).
- Ability to travel to different sites in the community; Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
- Experience working with youth with mental health needs.
