Job Description
Join a long-standing oral surgery practice in Boca Raton. With decades of surgical experience, a dedicated clinical team, and advanced 3D imaging, the practice provides comprehensive care from wisdom teeth and impacted teeth to complex implant reconstruction. The opportunity pairs a broad clinical scope with a team that prioritizes compassionate care, clear communication, and patient comfort.
Whether you are an experienced surgeon or nearing the end of residency, you can bring your perspective to an established practice and grow alongside experienced colleagues. Residents nearing completion can access mentorship and peer support as they develop their clinical approach. Doctors can pursue an early path to partnership and equity while building a long-term future in the practice.
A broad surgical scope with advanced implant care
The practice combines complex implant care with dentoalveolar surgery in a setting designed for patient comfort. Surgeons use 3D imaging and sedation options to support careful planning and treatment, while an experienced clinical team helps patients feel informed and supported from consultation through recovery.
The clinical scope includes dental implants, All-on-4 full-arch treatment, zygomatic implants for patients with severe bone loss, bone and gum grafting, wisdom teeth and impacted teeth, oral pathology, and facial trauma. This offers a strong foundation in core oral surgery alongside advanced implant reconstruction.
What You Can Build Here
Advanced implant reconstruction: Work across traditional implants, full-arch All-on-4 treatment, zygomatic implants, and bone grafting.
A broad oral surgery mix: Treat wisdom teeth and impacted teeth, provide oral pathology evaluations, and care for patients with facial trauma.
Technology and comfort in the same setting: Use 3D imaging and sedation options to support precise planning and a reassuring patient experience.
A team to grow with: Residents nearing completion can access mentorship and experienced peer support while developing their own clinical judgment and long-term practice.

A social scene with range: Find restaurants and shopping at Mizner Park, catch a concert or festival, or explore the city’s art and music venues.
Plenty for families and friends: Choose from parks, playgrounds, pools, golf, nature activities, and year-round community events.
