Are you a passionate clinician looking to make a difference? ACP is hiring full-time DBT therapists to join our growing team of mental health professionals. In this role, you’ll provide impactful psychological services within our adherent Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) program, engaging with a diverse range of clients through individual therapy and co-facilitating DBT skills groups. We encourage self-care and provide ample one-on-one training alongside a thorough onboarding process to set you up for success.

Our team holds ourselves—and our clients—to the same high standards of accountability and respect. Plus, enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid schedule, blending in-person and telework options to suit your needs.
