Associated Clinic of Psychology (ACP) is seeking passionate, skilled, and licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) to join our growing outpatient team. Your Role

As a Licensed Clinical Psychologist - Testing/Assessment Specialist, you will:

* Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations, based on client needs and clinical necessity

* Assessment-only focus — no therapy caseload

* Integrate findings across psychiatric, medical, psychological, and behavioral domains to develop client-focused clinical formulations

* Produce high-quality, integrative reports that include:

* Diagnostic clarity

* Functional insights

* Strategic treatment recommendations

* Provide detailed psychological evaluation reports, summarizing findings and offering recommendations for treatment and enhancement of functioning and quality of life using evidence-based approaches

* Present the findings of psychological testing to clients, families, and other professionals in a clear and understandable manner

* Maintain timely and confidential clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, psychological reports, and testing records/data

* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and therapists, to ensure continuity and quality of care

* Uphold ethical standards and foster a safe, inclusive space for all clients

What You’ll Need

* Doctoral degree in Psychology and/or a related field (PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology preferred)

* Active Minnesota Psychologist License - additional licensure in Wisconsin is a plus!

* Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive psychological assessments

* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

* Strong organizational abilities and clinical judgment

* Comfort with diverse populations and a passion for inclusive care
