Are you seeking a unique, rewarding role at a flourishing private practice in Franklin, TN? We're excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a passionate, self-motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside a nationally recognized leader in innovative ketamine infusion therapy for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and complex regional pain syndrome.
You'll play a hands-on role in delivering life-changing care, working directly with patients through all phases of their infusion treatments—including consultation, initiation, monitoring, and ongoing support. You'll join a compassionate team dedicated to exceptional outcomes while benefiting from robust autonomy and strong collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Place and administer IV therapies for ketamine infusions
- Consult with patients and families about their treatment plans
- Care for individuals with treatment-resistant depression and chronic regional pain syndrome
- Monitor and support patients throughout infusion and recovery
- Respond quickly and confidently to emergencies if they arise
- Maintain meticulous and accurate medical records
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years clinical experience in IV placement and medication delivery
- 3+ years working as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- ICU or ER experience is a major plus
- Self-starter who thrives independently and as part of an expert team
- Current BLS/ACLS and CPR certifications
- Graduate of an accredited program
- Excellent communication skills
- EMR experience
