Key Responsibilities
The Manager of Behavioral Health oversees the LCSW/therapist team, ensuring integrated, patient-centered care across all sites. Responsibilities include staff supervision, clinical mentoring, and providing direct evidence-based mental health and substance use treatment to patients.
Requirements
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and a current New York State LCSW license. The role requires at least 5 years of clinical experience and 1 to 3 years of staff management and clinical supervision experience.
