Job Description

Join Our Mission at Infinite Legacy

Healthcare relationship-builder, physician liaison, or clinical professional? Your next chapter starts here.

Take your healthcare experience beyond traditional patient care or hospital relations. As a Physician Outreach Coordinator, you'll build meaningful relationships with physicians and clinical leaders at our hospital partners, helping make organ and tissue donation best practices part of everyday clinical care.

Through physician education, data-driven feedback, and hands-on collaboration, you'll help improve timely referrals, strengthen physician engagement, and ultimately make more lifesaving and healing donations possible.

At Infinite Legacy, every role contributes to our mission of saving and healing lives through organ, eye, and tissue donation. We are a community driven by compassion, integrity, trust, belonging, and innovation. Every day, our teams work to honor donors and their families while bringing hope and healing to transplant recipients and the communities we serve. Join us and be part of meaningful work that impacts lives every day!

Who We're Looking For

Relationship-driven healthcare professionals with at least three years of relevant healthcare experience and a passion for building partnerships that make a difference. You know how to connect with physicians, earn trust, communicate complex information, and influence positive change.

Whether your background is in physician relations, hospital development, clinical liaison work, healthcare outreach, or pharmaceutical or medical device sales, your ability to build credibility and engage healthcare professionals can translate directly to this role.

You don't need previous organ procurement experience, but you should be comfortable learning clinical donation practices and translating that knowledge into meaningful physician education. We'll help you build the specialized knowledge needed to represent Infinite Legacy with confidence and credibility.
