Key Responsibilities

  • Provide in-home speech therapy services to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
  • Evaluate patient progress and adjust therapy plans as appropriate.
  • Conduct therapeutic exercises related to speech, fluency, articulation, cognition, breathing, and swallowing.

Requirements

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active New Hampshire SLP license in good standing.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of speech therapy experience preferred, ideally in home healthcare.
  • Current CPR certification.
