Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-home speech therapy services to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust therapy plans as appropriate.
- Conduct therapeutic exercises related to speech, fluency, articulation, cognition, breathing, and swallowing.
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active New Hampshire SLP license in good standing.
- Minimum of one (1) year of speech therapy experience preferred, ideally in home healthcare.
- Current CPR certification.
