A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

HSHS/Prevea is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our outpatient team to work in the Greatre Green Bay araa. Ideal candidates are patient focused and mission driven looking for an opportunity to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall functional independence through therapeutic interventions.

Education Qualifications

Graduate (e. g., bachelors, master, or doctorate) from an accredited program which meets the licensure requirements in the state of practice is required.

Illinois: Following physical therapy philosophies and standards of care set by Illinois Physical Therapy Act and other applicable governing agencies, licensure is required within 1 year for individuals meeting all other applicable requirements.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree from an accredited physical therapy program and possess a valid state license. Certification in BLS is required or must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.
