- Salary Range: $90,000–$110,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview
As our practice is launched and expands, your leadership and clinical expertise will help define our success and ensure exceptional experiences for both patients and staff.
You’ll continue doing what you do best, treating patients, while helping to shape how the clinic is built, how care is delivered, and how the team develops.
You won’t be doing this alone. As a locally owned FYZICAL clinic, you’ll have access to national systems, training, and clinical resources to support your success.

- Clinical Care
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and deliver individualized 1 on 1 treatment patient care plans
- Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients
- Focus on outcomes, patient experience, and clinical excellence
- Licensed Physical Therapist (or license-eligible)
- 1+ years of clinical experience preferred
- Passionate about patient-centered outpatient care
- Interested in leadership, mentorship, and long-term growth
- Enjoys collaboration and building strong team culture
- Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus, but heart for patients comes first

FYZICAL Woodbridge will utilize a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on physician outreach, community engagement, digital marketing, Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO, social media, patient referrals, networking with orthopedic and primary care providers, senior living communities, gyms, and community organizations. As a FYZICAL franchise, we will also leverage the national brand, corporate marketing resources, and proven patient acquisition strategies to support long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
