FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Lehi, Utah is expanding and seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who enjoys hands-on care, teamwork, and helping patients regain confidence in movement.
This is not a high-volume therapy mill. Our clinic model supports focused treatment sessions, collaboration with Physical Therapists, and measurable patient outcomes.

- $1,000 annual salary increase for each completed FYZICAL College certification (Balance, Pelvic, or Ortho)
- $1,250 annual CEU reimbursement
- Implement treatment programs developed by the supervising Physical Therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation programs
- Provide manual therapy techniques as directed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs
- Monitor patient progress and document outcomes
- Maintain a supportive, team-focused clinic environment
- Active Utah Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license or license eligibility
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
