We’re seeking a dedicated Full-Time Home Health Physical Therapist to provide personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of patients’ homes.
This position offers no call requirements. Work with James River Home Health & Hospice in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
Provide comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop personalized plans of care for patients in their homes. Supervise PTAs and HHAs while ensuring timely documentation and submission of OASIS assessments.
Must be a graduate of a Physical Therapy school and hold a valid license or registration in Virginia. Requires at least one year of home health experience and current CPR certification.
