Key Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive patient assessments and develops individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

• Delivers therapeutic interventions, evaluates equipment needs, ensures timely and accurate documentation, including OASIS.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate of a Physical Therapy school.

• Must be licensed or registered in Virginia.

• One year of home health experience PLUS!

• Must have current CPR Certification.

Benefits & Compensation

• Salary: up to $50,000

• Signing bonus: $10,000.

Work Schedule

• Full-Time position.

• Call responsibilities required.
