Job Description

Overview

  • 45-Minute Visits | 1:1 Care Model | Specialty Growth | Outpatient Orthopedics
  • Tired of treating the clock instead of the patient?

At many clinics, Physical Therapists are pushed to move faster, see more, and squeeze quality care into crowded schedules.

At Freedom Physical Therapy, we have built something different.

Here, you’ll work in a 45-minute, 1:1 care model that gives therapists time to think critically, treat thoroughly, and connect with the people they serve. This is a place for clinicians who want to practice with clinical depth, develop specialty skills, and be part of a team that values both excellent patient care and professional ownership.

  • If you became a PT to make a real impact, not just survive a schedule, keep reading.
  • Why PTs Choose Freedom
  • Real Treatment Time
  • Freedom’s model is designed to support thoughtful, individualized care.
  • 45-minute patient visits
  • 1:1 care model
  • Time for clinical reasoning, manual therapy, exercise progression, and patient education
  • A care environment focused on outcomes, not churn

We believe great patient care starts with therapists who feel valued, supported, and able to do their best work. Our culture emphasizes:

  • Respect
  • Family values
  • Lifelong learning
  • Team collaboration
  • Clinical excellence
  • Integrity
  • Specialty Growth and Mentorship

Freedom is known for helping therapists develop clinical niches and specialties. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced clinicians and pursue areas of interest such as:

  • Orthopedics
  • TMJ / craniofacial care
  • Vestibular / balance
  • Dry needling
  • Women’s health / pelvic health
  • Men’s health
  • Chronic pain
  • Sports rehab
  • Golf performance
  • Osteoporosis
  • Parkinson’s
  • Hypermobile / EDS care
  • Spinal conditions
  • A Collaborative Team With Depth

Our team includes experienced PTs, OTs, and specialty-trained clinicians who collaborate across disciplines to provide comprehensive care. Many patients come to Freedom because they need more than a basic exercise sheet or a quick visit. They need a clinician who can see the whole picture, coordinate with teammates, and help them move toward meaningful function.

A Balance of Patient Care and Professional Ownership

Freedom’s model works because our therapists are engaged in the full patient experience. That means providing excellent care, building trust with patients, maintaining timely documentation, supporting strong patient follow-through, and helping grow their schedules and specialty interests through education, relationship-building, and community outreach.

This is not a high-volume, conveyor-belt clinic. It is a strong fit for a PT who wants meaningful treatment time and takes pride in contributing to both patient outcomes and practice growth.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation package includes base pay, bonus opportunity, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, voluntary coverage, and more.
