Key Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist Assistant will partner with licensed therapists to implement individualized therapy plans and assist residents with mobility and therapeutic exercises. They are also responsible for monitoring patient progress, documenting care accurately, and educating residents throughout their recovery journey.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Oregon Physical Therapist Assistant license and have graduated from an accredited PTA program. A valid CPR certification and at least six months of experience in a long-term care environment are preferred.
