Provides initial and ongoing education to staff and community. Designs, develops and delivers educational programs and interventions in accordance with approved objectives and organizational goals. Maintains skills and knowledge of best practices. Incorporates principles of HPI into all programs and interventions.

Key Responsibilities
The Community Nurse Educator designs, develops, and delivers educational programs for both staff and the community. They are responsible for maintaining current knowledge of best practices and incorporating HPI principles into all interventions.
Requirements
The candidate must be able to provide initial and ongoing education while maintaining professional skills and knowledge. The role requires the ability to align educational programs with organizational goals and objectives.
