As a Family Therapist at Sandstone Care, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Individualized Treatment Plans: Create and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client.
Therapy Sessions: Conduct both group and individual therapy sessions. Our supportive environment fosters healing and growth.
Empathetic Support: Provide compassionate support to clients and their families, helping them improve their well-being and overall quality of life.
Manage a Caseload: Support a caseload of up to 12 clients, ensuring their progress and well-being.
Qualifications
Clinical license in Colorado or is able to transfer license to CO prior to start date (LPC, LCSW, LMFT - Provisional Licenses will also be considered (LPCC, LSW, MFTC)
1 year of previous experience with mental health treatment or Family therapy
1 year of experience in a residential setting is strongly preferred. proficient in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and strong documentation skills.
Experience working with adolescent populations (ages 13-17) is strongly preferred.
