Job Description
Modern Brooklyn, multi-specialty medical center dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care to Brooklyn and surrounding communities. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Women’s Health Provider (NP or PA) to join our growing team.

Position Overview
You will provide comprehensive women’s healthcare services, focusing on gynecology and preventive care in an outpatient setting. This role offers strong clinical support and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an underserved community.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform gynecological exams, Pap smears, and contraceptive counseling
- Provide prenatal, postpartum, and preventive care
- Educate patients on reproductive health and chronic condition management
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR
Qualifications
- Active NP or PA license in New York State
- Board certification required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in women’s health or gynecology preferred
- Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems
- Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
- Spanish-speaking preferred
