What You'll Do

As the newest full-time optometrist, you will become an integral part of a passionate and collaborative team of seven dedicated professionals who are committed to making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives every day.

You’ll have the rewarding responsibility of conducting routine, comprehensive eye exams and delivering top-tier patient care, ensuring every individual receives a personalized and attentive experience.

Your regular schedule, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allows for a healthy work-life balance while providing you with the opportunity to cultivate lasting relationships with patients and colleagues alike, all in a supportive and welcoming environment that truly values your expertise and compassion.

Job Specifications

Typically Has the Following Skills or Abilities

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure

1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills

Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service

Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties

Working Conditions

The working environment is generally favorable, lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
