Key Responsibilities

Evaluate patients to assess strength, balance, and mobility while developing personalized treatment plans to improve functional independence. Deliver compassionate care at assisted living facilities and document services in compliance with state and facility standards.

Requirements

Candidates must have graduated from an accredited physical therapy program and hold an active or pending state license to practice. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with the senior population are required.
